I want to know if gluing terminals before or after the strain bridge has an effect on strain signals quality and as a consequence if it may cause a parasite signal at the beginning or end of the incident pulse?

Dear Larbi,
The more important then terminals, is your connections. The quality of wire, sensors and and your data aquisition systems. Each of them may have a significant effect on your output. The main goal of the terminals is that to put the existing wire from strain gages in the correct place and cause avoiding disconnection.
Try to have precise connection and Whiteston bridge.
