Consider a Al2O3-AlPO4 compound for RAMAN analysis by laser wavelengths ranging from visible to near infra-red.
Whether the results will be similar?

In fact, we synthetized a Al2O3-AlPO4-CNT layer (with about 30 micrometer thickness, CNT < 5% wt.% in coating) on commercially pure aluminum by plasma methods. We analyzed this layer using RAMAN by employing a laser wavelength of 532nm. To interpret the results, we need to analyze the both the blank layer (Al2O3-AlPO4 without CNT) and CNT powder as well. But, due to some limitations, we have to analyze the samples (Blank layer and CNT powder) by another instruments that support by lasers with wavelengths higher than 532 nm (over 700 nm or 1000 nm).
However, I'm not sure about the accuracy and reasonableness of this method and comparison.
We need the results for qualitatively comparing (not quantitatively). In other words,
to determine the source of different peaks of the spectrum.
