What is the duration of the prime in masked priming experiment among developing and dyslexic readers?
This is a very interesting question but I for one know little about it. Can you give information.
In studies of visual word recognition the prime duration in a masked priming study is typically 60 ms but does vary across studies from around 50 - 70 ms.
Psycholinguistic literature says it varies from 30 to 60 ms, but as far as the more recent studies are concerned, a prime duration of 50 ms is common.
How can you identify a specific variant (specific SNPs) after we have received the sequences after sanger sequence ? that is mean how we can reveal a specific variants in the sequence ? Thanks :)
