I want to transform A. hydrophila with a GFP plasmid using the heat shock method. If it's E. coli, recovery takes an hour (I know its doubling time is 20 min) at 37C. But how about for A. hydrophila? We incubate our A. hydrophila BCRC16704 at 26-27C.

I tried looking it up but have not found any answer. I hope anyone can help. Thanks!
