 I used antibodies to detect Ki67 in colorectal cancer and in normal tissue In the normal colon the Ki67 is found at the bottom of the crypt... and H3 is found in some mitotic cells. However, in tumor tissues they both gave the same result! Can anybody explain what are the pattern of Ki67 and how is it different than H3 in colorectal tumor? Thank you in advance
