I have designed a metasurface absorber using drude model in THz range in CST microwave studio. For further verification, i need to simulate the structure in HFSS software. But i don't find any option to select drude model for a material in HFSS. Can drude model be employed i HFSS? If i can, then what is the process?

You can do it by MATLAB coupled to HFSS.
If you are working with antenna using Graphene then use:-
to simulate a graphene-based antenna using HFSS, That's what you should do:
1. Calculate conductivity from kubo's formula in Matlab.
2. Export conductivity over frequency into a *.tab file.
3. In HFSS, add a new material with frequency-dependent properties, then import the tab file of conductivity mentioned before.

Sir, your idea for futher verification of you results obtained in CST with HFSS software ( Both are essentially solve the Maxwell equations. One solve Maxwell equations in integral form and other solve Maxwell equations in differential form using FEM numerical techniques) theoretically both methods are suppose to give same results. But in practically they may differ. This due to differences in modling/ mesh implementation ect. So if you mesh are not same which is more commonly observed the results may not match and then you will start looking for solution to your new problem. Here your aim to evaluate you metasurface absorber not the two commercialy available software packages. Although we can suggest the solution but at this point of time my strong suggestion is not to spend time in comparison of result in CST and HFSS but put your efforts for practically measurement of the absorvity of your designed metasurface absorber. If you get direct measurement setup for RF absorvity it is the best option. In case you are not getting it go for S-parameter measurement, from S21 we can compute the absorvity. This will a fairly good result it can be compared with result obtained from CST. One caution point is make sure your CST modeling is correct.
The simplest way to implement your Drude model is by writing the equation as a function of your "Project Variables" in HFSS. First define all the terms in your Drude model as "Project Variables". Then create a new "Project Variable" that will be your conductivity of permittivity (depending on how you are implementing your Drude model). The nice thing here is that you can make your "Project Variables" as a function of other "Project Variables". So you can use all the terms you defined in your other "Project Variables" to neatly define your Drude model. The way you can include your frequency component is using HFSS "Intrinsic Variables" such as frequency. In HFSS the "Intrinsic Variable" for frequency is $Freq. Now you can add you're the frequency component of the Drude model in HFSS by using this "Intrinsic Variable" $Freq. This is really nice because you can define it in terms of complex numbers as well if you use the function complex().
