I wanted to do characterization of nanoparticles in liquid form. I wanted to do XPS but there is some difficulty doing XPS. So, will XRF give the results similar as of XPS results or it will be different? I want elemental composition and oxidation states of every element present in it. Basically, what are the possible characterizations for the analysis of elemental composition and oxidation states present in the nanoparticles (in liquid form) other than SEM, TEM & XPS? Can anyone please explain it properly as in the experimental result format? Thank you.
