ResearcherID is a user centric profile where one can create a profile and upload the published articles. At the same time, one cannot create or modify in the web of science database. Most of the journals soliciting manuscripts with Thomson Reuters' ResearcherID indexed journal (false information). For example, visit the following journals.

Thank you For the last few days, I have been looking for this answer for an article I have worked for a long time. I hesitate too much looking at the title of these journals, their speed, their price, their IF, and their non-existence in clarivate !!! Exple: IJASRE.net Question: Some logs exist in ESIJournalMasterList-022018.xlsx, but they do not exist in the clarivate Master Journal List; What is your opinion???

Thomson Reuters sold "Web of Science" to "Clarivate Analytics" in 2016. The "Web of Science" search engine is covered by several citation indexes including Chemical Abstracts, Biological Abstracts, Medline, Korean Journal Database, Russian Science Citation Index etc. However, many of the Journals included on "Web of Science" are not listed or included in "Journal Citation Reports" with an Impact Factor.

ResearcherID has different types of search and add systems. eg: "Web of Science" and "Web of Science Core Collection". The "Web of Science" included several databases (as listed above) and "Web of Science Core Collection" included only Journals listed in Journal Citation Reports (JCR) by Clarivate Analytics and has Impact Factor. ResearcherID list only citations from "Web of Science Core Collection", and not the citations from Web of Science or Scopus or Google Scholar. For example, my following publication as on August 2018 has 42 citations under Web of Science but only 34 citations under Web of Science Core Collection and ResearcherID counts only citations from Web of Science Core Collection.

Is this is not the True Thompson Reuters Index where as it seems to be a Predatory One. Which easily attracts numerous budding researchers to publish their articles and hardwork which they earn money.
