What is the difference between the two proteins Sam68 and p68(DDX5) ?

In Uniprot they appear as two different proteins:

Sam68: http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q07666

p68 (DDX5): http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P17844

Sam68 have p68 as an alternative name but don't result from the translation of DDX5 gene.

From the alignment of the two proteins we can see that they are structurally very different:
