A key question is this one! Disease and disorder are notably different. Medically disease involves the biological process of science in selection for biological function. Biological function is not key to disorder as disorder involves the decision process of the make up of bodies. Each term should not be used interchangeably. Disease is not pathological through has signs and symptoms needing treatment.
