Hi community,

I have used salmon plasma to evaluate the lysozyme activity but I still have doubts in my formula.

I used this one: Activity (U/mL)= (Delta absorbance (min-1))*df*1000/ enzyme volume.

df: dilution factor.

enzyme volume is the volume of my plasma sample diluted by citric acid buffer.

Do you think this formula is correct?
