Basically a primer is used to express genes. I am thinking about a nano technology based promoter designed where the expression may be controlled by a computer. After designing it from PCR and the new one from a synthesizer which will contain some electronic chips where the chips send information through the computer and the gene expression that will be controlled.
Exon, Intron will be regulated by computer. The internal charge of A, T, G, C are considerable.
This is my concept. Is any one able to give me a proper suggestion that will be helpful for me?
