Let us first mention that the biotechnology in soils in mainly to reduce the level of contaminants added to soils with the mineral fertilizers and reduce the pressure on the limited soil resources. For use, the biotechnology is the solution, however, you have to stimulate the biodiversity (inoculations and nutrient additions) and at the same time consider low minimal inputs to guarantee soil sustainability in the plant production

Please let me know about some mineral fertilizer .

It is also important for me to know some technique of Biotechnology.

Organic matter of plant and/or animal origin is the only food for soil shetered microbes and macrobes. No synthetic chemicals should be added to feed soil biota as such additions would drastically disturb if not destroy these organisms that take shelter in the soils.

Soil fertility can be improve by using Biofertilizer we can use nitrogen fixing diazotrophs to increase the nitrogen in the soil because it fix the nitrogen from the air , but we cannot increase the amount of other nutrients such as phosphorus but we can improve the use of chemical fertilizer by inoculating the soil with Mycorrhiza or phosphorus solubilizing bacteria ..etc. and the microbial inoculation have not a big effects on the rhizosphere because the number that we add to the soil is less than 1% and natural microbial population can survive better than new introduced microbes to the new environment.

That will depend on the type of microbes to be used and its effect to the inter - relational interaction to indigenous soil microbes. Like what Dr Anmar Mohammad is saying, one needs to know first what type of microbe one is introducing to the soil ecosystem.

It is true that microorganisms that are native to a region thrive better than the exotic or artificially introduced ones. Whereas the repeaated additions of microorganisms say for nitrogen, phosphorus and sulphur fixation or solublization followed by application of diverse organic matter i.e., food for micoorganisms would facilitate increase of microbial population in soils. On the other hand, a few kgs of soil brought from forest or snake moulds would also serve as an inocculum to introduce diverse and strong microorganisms in to soils would be highly practical and cheaper to enrich the soils with microbial life.

Wait...; authoctonous microbiology usual have one equilibrium. If you try to break this esquilibrium introducing new microbes..., result, battles amongs!!!

Usually if the SOM content is high the old equilimbrium is getting of new, and new introduced species disappear (surpressive soils). If the soil is poor in SOM or your new, introduced species are too agresives, you will get a new equilibrium..., i. e., you old system is destroy and you get a new system...; this is the general rule considering soil microbiology.

Thank you Juan for a wonderful analysis on microbial behaviour in soils involving native and introduced microbes. Ideally speaking, it is a thumbrule to promote and stabilize native microbial population to sustain equilibrium state of soil flora and fauna.

just to mention, the matter is rather complex (as always in biology) but before you start to try to improve the soil or its fertility, you have to know the soil, its properties, the plants what should by grown there and the expected outcome of this "game". One plant growth promoting microbe (PGPM) could be succesfull in one soil at one place and could be indiferent of even destruent in another. So necessary is to know the stage per situ and try to find ubiqitous PGPM and work with them.

Learn to love the soil biota, take good care of them, provide a wonderful shelter, observe their growth and development and in course to time, the soil biota would repose confidence on your as their true well wisher. It is not at all a fiction but core truth.
