What is the concept of Business Biotechnology or Economic Biotechnology?

As a citizen of Bangladesh, I heartily feel that We need to learn on Business or Economic Biotechnology. There are few Universities all over deal with this subject with the high cost.

I wish I will learn more on this topic, but I have not enough opportunity for this topic where I am from third world country. Regularly I am a follower of Commercial Biotechnology journal and my aspirations grow day by day on this topic to develope my country dealing with economic Biotechnology.

I am searching a Ph.D. on this topic and wishing my peers will help me by their valuable comments
