What is the concentration of magnesium nitrate in a saturated solution in order to achieve a relative humidity of around 50%?

I need to prepare a saturated solution of magnesium nitrate to maintain some polymeric films at 50% RH before physical and physico-chemical characterization.

Don't worry about concentration. Just add distilled water in small amounts to magnesium nitrate until you achieve a good slurry (it is important to have excess solids). This should give you ~53% RH at 25C.
