The 100 uLis irrelevant to a concentration - it doesn't matter whether you have 1 uLor a swimming pool full. 30 g is 30000 mg and in 30 mL represents 1000 mg/mL as you have correctly stated. Of course the total solids content increases with volume of liquid.
When talking about concentration, whatever the fee voulme from the stock solution the concentration will always be the same(30g/30m =1g/1ml = 1000 mg/1ml).
As against the amount changes depending on the volume taken.
30g/30ml (concentration of your stok solution) = 1g/1ml ≡ 1g (as amount) in 1ml (wich mean 1000 mg/1ml)
100 µl = 100/1000 = 0.1 ml
then: you'll have 0.1g in 100µl (0.1ml)
After conversion: g to mg, we’ll find:
C = 0.1 x 1000 mg= 100mg (as amount) in 100µl (0.1ml)
as you see now the concentration is still the same (1000 mg/1ml).
