PCNB (Pentachloronitrobenzene) 750 mg

Fe3Na EDTA 10 mg

Distilled H2O to 1 L

Pepton PCNB medium( Peptone PCNB agar (5 g peptone; 1g KH2PO4; 0,5g Mgso4 7H2O; 750mg Pentachloronitrobenzene (PCNB) ; 20g Agar; 1L Distilled H2O) and Komada's medium for the selective isolation of F. oxysporum from soil ( 20g D-Galactose, 2g L-Asparagine, 1g KH2PO4, 0,5g KCl, 0,5g MgSo4 7H2O, 75 mg PCNB, 10mg Fe3Na EDTA, 1L Distilled H2O).
