What is the charge density of PDDA (Polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride)?

Dear members,

For my coating experiments, I tried to measure the surface charge/charge density of PDDA with a conductometric titration, however, I couldn't reach a proper result.I wonder ıf someone give any suggestions about the method I should follow.
