I synthesize AgNPs, the average size of the silver nano particles calculated from XRD studies is 11.52nm but the size from theoretical mie theory calculation is 44.10nm. what is basic cause of variation of results. Is this result are in agreement with each other or not?

Did you calculate the particle size from Scherrer's formula? If so, have you corrected for instrumental broadening?

The size of AgNPs was calculated from Scherrer's formula but the instrument broadening was removed by Williamson-Hall plot. after all these steps the size comes to 11.2 nm.
We need to know how you determined "size from theoretical mie theory calculation is 44.10nm". [BTW, Gustav Mie was the name of a person and it should be 'Mie's solution of Maxwell's equations of the interaction of light with matter'. There are a number of factors in XRDLB via the Scherrer equation that have been well explored on this forum - for example, as well as instrumental broadening there's strain broadening to account for. Williamson-Hall should deal with this. Are you converting a DLS intensity plot to a volume plot via Mie? Standard reason for deviation from Mie is that the shape of the particles is asymmetric and not spherical. I still have no response to my question relating to the size of a hydrogen atom, but I do see you've reduced the number of significant figures in your last comment.
