What is the best Wnt reporter to use for pancreatic beta cells?

I'm planning to use The TOP-flash assay for measuring activity of the wnt\b-catenin pathway and i'm stuck in choosing the appropriate carrier.

Are there any alternative ways to measure the b catenin signaling?
