F4/80 and Iba1 will work. A really nice stain you could try that is usually primary labeled is Phalloidin. It is a toxin that specifically binds F-actin so you get a great structural stain. Any cell type will be compatible.

• Visualizing cellular processes: Techniques like phagocytosis or antigen presentation can be visualized using fluorescent probes specific to the process of interest.
• General cellular morphology can be observed by staining with Actin Green or Phalloidin Red.
