To me at outset for teaching of ethics individual must have moral course of ethics which helping to make the behavior a place & chance to growth his code of conduct which may help him to take a right course of action of his life.
The best way of teaching ethics rests in the individual himself if he has nature attitude in the line of his behavior ,in the norm of ethics he may get an opportunity to attend the lectures ,seminars , & last but not the least necessary literature of quite good Indian writers & philosopher with certainly help to make the natural life which we desire to make & also to prepare for the action of his life.

A persons ethics are derived from their immediate family and religious contacts, and is reinforced by life experiences. A college course in ethics can perhaps review accepted codes of ethics such as proved by various professional organizations, but right versus wrong comes from the family at a very early age.
