yes,you can store it only for few days in DEPC but the best way to store is to reverse transcribed the RNA as cDNA then store it in -20 or -80 degree centigrade,the stability is major question during storage.

I kept RNA in DEPC water for 5-6 month. It was working very well. I can't convert all into cDNA, because I have to do qRT-PCR for different genes.
