I never worked with this product but may I suggest something: after you filter try to remover filter paper and spread the product on a glass watch to evaporate at ambient temperature. it may stuck on glass bat it will be easier to remove then in paper filter. good luck.

Dear Samaneh Bagheri thanks for sharing this interesting technical problem with the RG community. In general I would suggest to use a small glass filter fit or, even better, isolate your filtrate by centrifugation. You should check if someone at your institution has a centrifuge available which you can use. Depending on which by-products might be present in the supernatant solution, you can also try to improve the precipitation of your product by addition of n-pentane.

P.S. Evaporation of the entire mixture in a vacuum oven is not advisable as in this case you will have no separation from any by-products.

using the centrifuge machine may help you, you can use ethanol and distilled water to centrifuge your precipitate, Generally this process is done 3 times for example 3*7 minutes at 6000 rpm. also the other method may help you is do the freeze drying instead of drying your precipitate in the oven.
