Please can you share you experience or expertise skill on how to re-suspend amyloid beta(AB42) that will be soluble?
NB- if you use 1,1,3,3-Hexafluoro-2-propanol(HFIP), what grade and company name do you use?
Does it not form more aggregates during the course of dissolving in HFIP?Your suggestions are highly welcomed.

Hi,
it highly depends on the assay you want to perform.
When you want to analyze aggregation kinetics of monomeric Aß then dissolving it in HFIP and using that in your assay will not yield good results. Truely monomeric Aß can only be obtained by performing a size exclusion chromatography and collecting the monomer-peak right before the start of your experiment.
If you only want to have fibrils, then you don't really need to start from a purely monomeric Aß fraction and can simply dissolve it in HFIP, lyophillize it and redissolve in your working solution.
