Hello
I need to stimulate murine B cells in my experiment. I used anti-CD40and IgM for activation of B cells. but it did not work. (I need to activate murine B cells to check the expression of OX40L by Flowcytometry). Are there any people who could help me?

In 2004, Shane Crotty published a paper clearly showing that the incubation of mouse splenocytes with Pokeweed mitogen + Staphylococcus aureus cowan + CpG ODN stimulates a great B cell response.
