I hope to track my liposome nanoparticles both in vitro and in vivo. I also intend to quantify each excipient ratio from the corresponding labeling (if possible). Does anyone familiar or have some thought for this particular techniques? Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
One option would be Deuterium Labeled Lipids (can be obtained from Avanti Polar lipids) like the one shown in the attached picture.
