I need your help. We are working right now with Gillenia. Micropropagation is working very well but we have problem with acclimatization phase. After planting slowly all plants dided. Have sombody any experience with this special variety?

I suggest that the plantlets were cultured into pots containing moist peat moss, vermiculite and dolomitic limestone, and covered with clear plastic, placed at ambient temperature, and watered with tap water when necessary. The cover were gradually removed over 7 days to impart tolerance to desiccation. After cover were removed for 24 consecutive hours, pots were moved onto a greenhouse misting bench for further hardening off. Hopefully this will resolve your plants adaptation problem.
Place your vitroplants under the following conditions:
- on a light and draining substrate (peat or peat and perlite),
- in a humid environment (covered by polyethylene or under mist system)
- A substrate temperature close to 25 ° C.
- under shade 50 to 70%
- irrigate the first two weeks with a fertilizing solution
