I am sorting through a variety of tumor cell killing assays and am wondering which one is the best/most reliable/most cost effective. I've read about chromium release assays and various forms of flow cytometry experiments, but am curious which one is the best/easiest without compromising quality. Does anybody have experience doing these types of assays? Thanks in advance!
