Hello everyone.

I collected PBMCS from 9 animals (3 groups) at 6 timepoints. Then I did some PBMC cultures (72hours) with CFSE with certain a certain Antigen (with CONA as a positive control and media only as a negative control) and analysed with Flowcytometer. I was wondering which is the best statistic to use to compare these groups at difference timepoints? Im using flowjo.
