Hello friends.

I'm wondering if there are any specific methods to creating homogenous solutions of Penicillium cyclopium? I'm performing assays in which I need to achieve standardized counts, but have been having trouble as the counts are inconsistent and all over the place.

I'm currently inoculating 0.9% saline with a swab from a lawn culture. I'm reading that application of tween will help combat the hydrophobic nature of the mold.

Wondering if anybody has tips or has their own method they use. Thanks!
