I am working with hydrogen plasma and I have to analyze its ion implantation and penetration depth into magnesium powders. Maybe someone could suggest simulation technique or software which could give me theoretical model based on parameters which I used in my experiments?

I would first recommend TRIM/SRIM package, followinig Oussama's suggestion (http://www.srim.org/). The quality of simulations however, declines with decrease of ion energy. TRIM/SRIM works fine with energies about 100 eV and above, still applicable for energies between 20-100 eV.
