I am going to do research for the isolation, to know which best extract (polar/semipolar/nonpolar) of antioxidants capacity. I need the solvents that can be used for fractionation to get polar, semipolar, and nonpolar extracts. I will do colomn chromatography for the extract which best antioxidants capacity.

Antioxidant activity has the majority of flavonoids. Fractionate the aqueous extract in gasoline extraction, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol successively. The aglycone flavonoids will exist in chloroform and ethyl acetate. Glycosidized flavonoids will exist in ethyl acetate and n-butanol.
Do not know about your compounds. You may try acetonitrile, methanol and water with different ratio
