I used TiO2/GO 5% wt composite to degrade carbofuran at UV 350 nm and the activity of P25 was better than P25/GO 5% wt composite Also I used in visible range and there is no any activity of P25/GO. I do not know what is the reason that GO suppress P25 activity.

I think that GO cover the surface of TiO2 particles and supress PhotoCat activity.

I think that PhCat activity of TiO2/GO composites is strongly dependent on quality of GO.

First check whether GO is not wrapping your P25 nano-particles if that is the case P25 nano-particles will not be available for the catalysis. Secondaly while comparing activities of P25/GO with P25 alone have taken care the amount of the catalyst you are using i. e. P25 amount you used must be equivalent to the amount of P25 immobilized over the GO surface.

yes its fine but all of the 0.25g P25 must not have been immobilized over the GO surface, first find out the %loading of it over GO surface according to that you must use P25 for comparison.
