I tried different protocol for removal of paraffin wax from tissue sample such as xylene/ethanol and paraffin oil.
Is there is any other protocol to remove paraffin completely from the sample
Hi, which xylene did you use? Different reagents (o-xylene, p-xylene, m-xylene) could provide you different results.
I use o-xylene
