Enzyme heat stability is one of the key factors in enzyme feed manufacturing applications. But due to high temperature feed manufacturing process in aqua feed, there are constrains in enzyme application in aqua feed processing.
It depends on your target enzyme and heat-labile moities (amylases, lipases e.g.). Different approaches are available for industrial usage purposes. The most appropriate one should be implemented based on the enzyme species but also their origins. I am not an expert in this field but I frequently came across the papers based on the encapsulated version of the enzymes which mentioned as stable against high temperatures.
