What is the best percent of Hydroxyapatite in bone scaffold using BInder jetting additive manufacturing technology?

I use 70% HAP as a mineral part of bone and 30% Carboxymethyl chitosan as a organic fraction of it but the final scaffold did not have suitable strength.

Usually increasing HAP will increase strength but also decrease porosity as well and could decrease cell to cell interactions. Use these articles to obtain more efficient scaffold.
