- we stored Eraby date palm (soft variety) at 3°C and RH 95% for 45 days ate khelal stage

Though they have not suggested the oxygen concentration but CO2 concentration is mentioned along with respiration rate. To reduce the respiration rate is reduce the amount of oxygen or increase co2 concentration. I hope the content will help.
