Most commonly methods used are Bradford, BCA and Kjeldahl .
Bradford and BCA are spectrophotometric methods and they are giving you results expressed as BSA (Bovine serum albumin) equivalents, since the standard curve that you will construct will be based in BSA. Both are convenient methods and fast. There are also commercial kits that you can purchase that you get all the reagents ready so you don't have to prepare them alone.
Kjeldahl method is also a very popular method which is not spectrophotometric. It is based on the total Nitrogen content which is then converted to protein content. The tricky issue in this method is that commonly they use a conversion factor of 6,25, but this factor represents well the meat and egg protein. Since you have plant extracted protein you will need to search the literature what is the correct conversion factor of your protein (i expect it will somewhere between 5,3-5,8).
