What is the best method to resize pixels of SWIR images to the same size as blue band images in sentinel images?

I want to use sentinel images to calculate spectral water indexes which use blue and SWIR II band. So, I would like to know in your experience, what would be the most reliable method to do it. Thanks in advance.
