Is generating an antibody in vivo an viable option for your experimental design ?

Why should we do this! because all antibodies were actually separated and easily to be purchased and this ensure purity for us and time saving, as I think.

In that scenario an medium to low Kd value antibody, if used should suffice for the purpose using standard process mentioned above. If I am missing something please elaborate little more on the question.
