Now, I am working with c.elegans, and genotoxic compounds.

I am interested how strong my genotoxins can harm DNA (to investigate this I am using Comet assay, and Long-amplicon PCR).

However, I am also curious is it any methods to access mutation incidence except single gene sequencing (or whole genome seq.)
