For these materials or equivalents, I usually use wet deposition. In a suitable solvent you prepare the suspension of the nanoparticles, and add it to the suspension of the nanofibers. The process improves when the concentration of NPs is low and using ultrasound to facilitate dispersion. In some cases, the temperature can help to improve the degree of dispersion, although it obviously depends on the materials.
