I need to compare isolated and over expressed alkaline protease thermo stability with already industrially applied alkaline protease.What is the best software for that thermostability calculation of proteins?
I don't know either... And I will be surprised if such a computation is accurate and reliable.
You can also obtain your protein thermostability using the DSF (fluorescent Thermal Stability) -see paper attached-. That can be easily done with a PCR machine and a plate reader if you have the protein sample of course.
