We have performed a resazurin assay with cells using 3 different drugs at 3 different concentrations. 2 of the drugs were dissolved in DMSO while the other drug was dissolved in water, so we ran water and DMSO controls in addition to all of the drug treatments. (the water and DMSO controls were not identical)

We tried to get an N of 8 for each treatment, but contamination sometimes reduced that N, so we have to use methods that do not require the same N for all treatments.

How can we go about analyzing these data? We want to be able to say which treatment is best at killing the cells (low fluorescence) but since they have different controls, the experiment is 3 factors (drug, concentration, and solute). How would anyone go about performing these data analysis?

*we also did the experiment for 2 different incubation times but trying to add that 4th factor seems very difficult to analyze
