Do not know it it is a good idea to support TBAF on silica as the reagent attacks silica. If you wish to prepare it, you should prepare a slurry of the silica in a given solvent, add a solution of TBAF in THF and then mix and remove the solvent under reduced pressure, drying if needed in order to remove traces of humidity and solvents.
