What is the best method for measuring of necroptosis?

We know that method for protein expression is western bolting or Immunohistochemical. But either of this methods used in specific condition. Necroptosis is new cell death that is type of program necrosis that IS known with RIP-1, RIP-3 and MLKL proteins. First, is the expression of this proteins in tact tissue and damaged tissues are same? Secondary: the best method for measuring of this protein, western blot or flow cytometry?

My question is; RIP-1/3 and MLKL expression in intact tissue ( for example heart or brain) and damaged tissue induce Ischemia/reperfusion, are in range same? I want choice best antibody for measurement.
