I have used Oris migration assay that allows you to screen migratory effect of several treatments at once in a 96 well plate. However, I would like another migration assay that is reasonably priced and reliable- i.e. would give me a quantitative data (perhaps cell counting). I have learned about boyden and cell-trans migration assay, however, they do not allow us to test for a number of treatments.
I don't know if is something like this your looking for. But I used the ibidi products to perform cell migration/wound healing assay and it worked very fine! The results are very reproducible!

I am currently the Radius 96-well cell migration assay from Cell Biolabs (http://www.cellbiolabs.com/radius-96-well-cell-migration-assay) (tried others and concluded this one is most appropriate for my needs, probably similar to yours). Pros: 96-wells; reproducible; relatively simple to use. Cons: price (~$400); if you don't use all the plate in one experiment, it may degrade upon longer storage, I don't know what happens but the gel spot is not well removed and is highly irregular.
Also, they say that a 10x objective should "see" the entire spot, but I could not find a microscope around to accomplish this, so I had to use a 4X; you also need a good phase contrast or DIC, especially if you do a time course and don't use some fluorescence tracker; if you use fluorescence, it's easier to measure the spot coverage, but you still need a 4x (or 10x) objective on an inverted fluorescence microscope.
Finally, you need to pre-test the cell concentration so that they achieve confluency when you want to start the experiment.
Data analysis can be done with any image analysis software (I use MetaMorph or Cell Profiler): you don't count cells, but measure the surface of the spot at the beginning, during (if needed) and at the end of the experiment and calculate % coverage.

What sort of migration are you examining?; cytokinesis?; chemotaxis?; haptotaxis?; individual/: collective (sheet)?
Only when you know what you are testing can I answer the question; every assay measures a different aspect.
