It depends of such factors as eg. how long ago the death occurred and, even much more crucial, what were the conditions of body "storage" (humidity, temperature, microflora, other chemical compounds).Femoral neck is good target if the conditions were degrading, tooth enamel is also very durable thing, so tooth content is always protected, even in the case of high temperature.
