What is the best homogenizing buffer for rat heart?

I am looking for the best homogenization buffer particularly for us to evaluate enzyme activity and different enzymes.

Which enzymes? Unless very specific enzymes, I do not think the nature od the buffer change a lot . Tris buffer pH around 7 would be OK, but PBS (phosphate saline buffer) is also convenient
